The middle Rhine is a beautiful region of Germany. We are excited to go back as well as make some further explorations south along the Rhine -- the Bodensee (Lake Constance). Like the Rhine, Lake Constance has a popular network of bike paths and cheap hostels.
The boat had both a shaded sun deck and an air-conditioned bar, which Em particularly enjoyed.
